Cost Control
As with any business, controlling cost is the means to survival in a competitive environment. HSA constantly addresses the issue of "the cost of doing business." We aggressively pursue alternatives that may impact our business. Our investment in an HSA machine shop and quality machinist has allowed us to reduce out-source rework cost therefore reducing total overhaul cost to our customer. Even Nondestructive Testing (NDT) is performed in-house.
Obviously we have no control on price increases from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M.), therefore our experienced purchasing department continues to work hard obtaining factory new O.E.M. airline surplus and FAA/PMA sources. We aggressively pursue opportunities to save on parts prices and save pass savings along to you, our customer.
