In our pursuit to perfection and unsurpassed reliability, HSA has limited its capability to a selection of rotables for commercial aircraft. We specialize in the overhaul of IDG's, CSDs, Starters, Generators, fans, and Hydraulics (hydraulic pumps, actuators, valves, modules...). All work is strictly performed in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals and specifications and/or FAA approved data.
Our highly specialized and experienced technicians follow continuous education and training programs to stay on top of the latest developments in their field. In addition, our quality department developed a sophisticated tracking program that provides data and feedback on the reliability of every part number. Based upon those findings and through quality circles, processes are initiated to further improve reliability. Our continuous efforts have resulted in a generous warranty policy and the highly sought-after ISO 9001:2000 certificate. Our second nonnegotiable commitment is customer support. We have a dedicated sales department and support staff with one sole goal: to exceed our customer's expectations. We were among the very first in the industry to adopt a No-Fee-Exchange Program on most of our units. We also have a 24/7 AOG service at no additional charge and we provide free pickup and delivery in a 30 Mile radius of Miami Airport. Key Features
To save you from costly downtime we have close to $5,000,000 in components and piece parts on the shelves. Most units are available to our customers for exchanges at no charge.
